Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through ordinary email. If you are invited to proceed, we will provide approved instructions for secure record submission.

Preliminary screening is free. Screening does not guarantee service acceptance, a favorable medical opinion, or VA benefits approval. This contact page is not an emergency service; for an emergency, call 911.
